MALCOLM X
Malcolm X (Malcolm Little) was an avid supporter of Civil Rights. X dropped his last name because he saw it as a slave name and created the surname "X". X led the Unity Rally in Harlem 1963. It was one of the largest rallies in the entire history of the Civil Rights movement. X also served as the leader of the Nation of Islam until his assassination in 1965.
